permission to adapt and use the materials with unlimited use at your
conference or retreat center. However, you may not rent, lease, loan or
resell the Licensed Product.
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
Licensed Product solely with regard to one Center. If your organization
manages more than one Center, a separate license agreement is required
is required for each additional Center.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, in no event shall licensor be liable

damages for loss o business profits, loss of savings, business
interruption, loss of or damage to records or data, or any other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use
the licensed product, or the provision of or failure to provide
support services, even if licensor has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
