Housekeeping  Module

Description: Train your housekeeping staff so that: guests feel taken care of and welcomed, the center maintains a consistent high level of quality, housekeepers are safe on the job, and housekeepers feel valued. Train your new housekeepers as well as engaging your current housekeeping staff with a refresher course. This training is ready for the head of Housekeeping or Guest Services to easily adapt the materials.

License

When you purchase the module, you have full permission to adapt and use the materials with unlimited use at your conference or retreat center. However, you may not rent, lease, loan or resell the Licensed Product.

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Product solely with regard to one Center. If your organization manages more than one Center, a separate license agreement is required is required for each additional Center.

The licensed product is provided as-is and with all faults. Licensor makes no warranties or representations that operation or use of the licensed product will be error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall licensor be liable for

  • any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss o business profits, loss of savings, business interruption, loss of or damage to records or data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the licensed product, or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • any claim based on the licensed product’s failure to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
